-Items must be unworn and unwashed.
-Any items with deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair, perfume odor, or smoke will be refused.
-Any item marked down 20% or more is FINAL SALE. If an item is returned that was marked down 20% or more, it will be rejected. This includes coupon codes.
-Bralettes are NOT ELIGIBLE for return since these are considered an undergarment.
-The return process is based upon receipt of order. Items are tracked and recorded once delivered.
-Items must be postmarked within 7 days from the date the item was delivered for store credit only.
- First Offense:
A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from items returned outside of the 7 day return window. After a return is over 1 month old, it will automatically be rejected.
-Shipping charges are non-refundable.
-Also, we suggest that you send items back to us using a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that may get lost in transit to us. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. You will then be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.
-Returns dropped off at any location will be rejected.
-Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your order is damaged, all claims must be made within 48 hours from the date you received the item. If we do not receive notification within 2 days, the order will be rejected from store credit.
Unfortunately we are unable to accomodate exchanges because of our revolving inventory. If you receive a product and need a different size, you can do one of two things:
1). Return the incorrect size and once you receive your store credit, use your store credit to purchase the correct size (if available).
2). If the size you need is available, go ahead and purchase and return the incorrect size for a store credit that never expires.
We cannot accomodate cancellations. PLEASE, PLEASE double check your order before checking out.
DEFECTIVE ITEM PROCESS:
-Please take a picture of the damaged item and send to email@example.com Please include order number in email.
If you receive the wrong order, please contact us ASAP.
Please follow care instructions on tag. We are not responsible for clothing after it has been washed/worn. We recommend turning garment inside out and hand washing or using gentle cycle.
-It is very important to check emails!! All communication will be sent to the email address associated with your commentsold account.
-Please allow 1-2 days for local pickup. Your order will not be available before then due to influx of orders.
-When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive all information and instructions needed for local pickup via email. This will include the address and door code. Customers will only have access to the local pickup room. We do have a security system along with numerous cameras.
-At this time, we do not offer local returns and/or exchanges. Those need to be sent back via a tracking number.
-If orders have not been picked up after 1 month, you will be charged a $10 shipping and convenience fee. Please keep in mind that the return policy still applies to local pickup orders. The 7 day return policy starts from the day that your order is ready for pickup.
-Local pickup hours are:
9:00am EST-6:00pm EST.
